    Hi team,

    DisplayCAL 3.4 ran against my laptop display with Spyder4 under Windows 10. Spyder4 was using Argyll driver downloaded through DisplayCAL (confirmed in Device Manager). Graphic adapters were FirePro m6100 and Intel HD 4600 both with latest drivers as far as I could tell. Any idea which one was used during the calibration?  It seemed to have finished the calibration but couldn’t install the profile with the error code 3. The generated profile was saved under the storage directory. Not sure if the profile was complete but it took about an hour. Any suggestion is appreciated. Below were the log excerpt:

    Hi,

    it looks like the profiling measurements were not finished. Error code 3 means “window access failed” (i.e. usually videoLUT access) and could indicate a graphics (driver or hardware) related problem. Is this system configured to automatically choose between the two available graphics chipsets based on power saving considerations? Then it may help to disable that functionality (if possible) temporarily during measurements.

    Update: After running the calibration again with the same driver but a different USB port the error went away.
