    Hi all,

I have decided to enter the exciting world of calibration, and seem to have had some interesting results…no issues as of yet, it all seems to have gone smoothly.  My monitor is an :

    ”Alienware  AW3418HW”.

    Tech Specs

    Device Type
    LED-backlit LCD monitor – 34.13″

    Curved Screen – Yes
    Adaptive-Sync Technology – NVIDIA G-SYNC
    Features
    Panel Type – IPS
    Aspect Ratio – 21:9
    Native Resolution
    WFHD 2560 x 1080 @ 160Hz (with overclocked)
    Pixel Pitch – 0.31 mm

    Contrast Ratio – 1000:1

While choosing options within DisplayCAL,  i reach  the option for setting  (Mode) and have been choosing ”LCD (White LED)”, is this correct?.

    Regards.
