With version 3.2.4 displaycal profile loader disables calibration when using madvr in windowed overlay mode, now with displaycal 3.3 it doesn’t disable the calibration profile.

That’s correct, this behavior has changed with DisplayCAL 3.3. If madVR doesn’t reset the videoLUT (which it doesn’t when using overlay, as the overlay is not affected by the videoLUT), then the profile loader will detect this and maintain calibration state. It’s a feature, not a bug 🙂

Oh I see 🙂 , so it doesn’t do any harm, right?

    Correct.

So between the regular fullscreen and windowed overlay, the 3DLUT is the same without any difference?
