DisplayCal Loader + Win10 flicker issue

Hello,

I just upgraded to Win10 and I started noticing a weird behavior  of opened windows, especially small windows in background, with frequent and sudden flickers, sort of “jumps”, “refresh” I uninstalled and reinstalled graphic drivers to latest (NVIDIA GeForce), but the issue was still present. Then I quit DisplayCal Loader and  the issue disappeared. Might be DisplayCal loader is checking for calibration and interfere with the  OS/graphic card or something similar? This did not happen with Win7
