I’m very new to calibration and photoshop image previews and the workspace don’t match, and the photoshop workspace and the windows desktop don’t match too.
and disregard the wrong monitor is selected on the first page of displaycal
Can someone please tell me where I’m going wrong?

All settings seems wrong, including photoshop. Reset all to defaults.
In photoshop check “ask when missing profile”, although most of these images without prfile are sRGB so it is a good candidate for default colorspace. I’ll turn off ask when image profile does not match default workspace profile but you may think otherwise.
Also it’s useless in a well behaved display to make XYZlut profiles but keep grey calibration “fast” since even in well behaved displays it is more likely to have grey issues across uncalibrares grey scale.
If you wish to check how thinks look not color managed use Photoshop softproof to show RGB values untranslated. Since windows desktop is not color managed it cannot match an sRGB image in Photoshop unless colrospace and TRC of display matches sRGB.
