Yes, it will problem work if you do the following.

    1. Download and install displaycal.
    2. Patch the folder HD/Users/ YourName/Library/Application Support/DisplayCAL/dl/AgryII_V2.1.2/bin
with files from  ArgyllCMS beta 2.1.3-beta or the files from URL lisanet de
    3. Give this files right permissions , xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine *

    Hi,

My Displaycal worked previously but not anymore. Can you walk through the path for enabling the permissions in Terminal? Thank you

Hello, Can you share your setting for Web@localhost? I can’t even get mine to work. It just stuck on the phone side.

You need to get the right version of Argyll for M1 chips, and then it all works.

This  fix from Graeme Gill worked for me.

    https://www.argyllcms.com/disptools_V2.1.3beta_osx64.tgz

You need  to copy  the files into ./Library/Application\ Support/DisplayCAL/dl/Argyll_V2.1.2/bin/

And allow sw in System Preference > Security & Privacy > General
