I have been getting a Python error message (attached) and therefore DisplayCal won’t load. I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing with Zeroinstall but without success. I don’t know what to do to fix this.

What distribution is this?
Mint 17.0/ Ubuntu Trusty , With Python 2.7.5
Do you have python-protobuf installed? If so, this seems to be shadowing the more recent 0install implementation. I’ve added some logic in DisplayCAL 3.3.2 and adjusted the 0install feeds to try and work around this.
Your update has fixed my problem. Thank You!
I can’t seem to find python-protobuf. Would it be in the DisplayCal folder or the Python folder?

Cool, thanks for the feedback.
I can’t seem to find python-protobuf.
Look for it in your package manager. If nothing else depends on it, you may uninstall it, as DisplayCAL now uses the version provided via 0install exclusively and no longer tries to use the system-installed package.
