DC Profil not working with PS 2019

With Photoshop CC 2018 I had no problem.

Since I updated to Photoshop CC 2019 the startpage grafic is broken.

When I load the D65 profil which comes with my dell everthing is ok.
I tried a new calibration with matrix and one with lut. I reset the settings in PS.
Nothing helps.

Can someone help me?

PS: The DC profil works with Lightroom CC Classic 2019

Sounds like a Photoshop problem/bug. Incidentally, I’m not too sure Photoshop even uses color management to render the splash screen to begin with (unless you’re on macOS).

Attach the profile(s) and related files please (“Create compressed archive…”).

The profil works with all my software except PS 2019. Thats the reason why I think its a PS problem/bug.

My System is Windows 10 1803
