Create 3dLUT from existing icc profile (MADVR)

My settings are based on this excellent guide:

And i like the image to be sharp hence the NGU Sharp used in my settings.

On my LG C1 setup  my settings are the same except the display modes section, i´ve created several in worder for the tv to switch to since the tv is capable of doing it.

In drivers:

Amd RX570 – two monitors 8 bit and the gigabyte 10 bit everything RGB 4:4:4

Nvidia 2080ti – 12 bit RGB 4:4:4

I read all this like at least 5 times and it makes absolutely 0 sense, i still have no idea what should one choose for sdr or tonemapping in madvr.
