Convert madVR/PNG 3DLUT to CUBE format without initial ICM profile?

There is now a way to apply 3DLUT profiles (full mapping, incluidng colorspace, not just VCGT) to Windows itself using DWM-GUI tool found here – https://github.com/ledoge/dwm_lut . It uses CUBE and/or TXT 3DLUT files. I have no way of creating a new ICM profile and don’t have old ICM files for one of my devices. I do have madVR 3DLUT and PNG 3DLUT files for that device. How can I create a TXT and/or a CUBE 3DLUT file out of existing madVR 3DLUT and PNG 3DLUT files? Is there some way to convert them with DisplayCAL or via ArgyllCMS commands?
