Convert a 3d lut file to icc display profile

Hello, i try to use my second monitor as a false color monitor, i have a 3d lut which emulate flanders color monitor,  can i convert this into a display color profile ? so whatever i see on the second monitor is viewed trough that color lut.

If the exact source (target) parameters of the 3D LUT are known (e.g. Rec. 709 gamma 2.2), it can be possible to convert the 3D LUT to a standard ICC device profile.
