contrast ratio : SpyderX Pro

Hello,
I bought a SpyderX Pro. I calibrated 2 screens, one is a desktop screen (VA) and the second is a laptop screen (TN).
When I made a measurement report, the contrast on the VA screen is at 1400 and on the TN screen is at 1184.
Isn’t there a problem with the contrast ratio?

User changes in OSD can be the culprit, but it seems that (again) Spyders are not a very good devices regarding a lot of things and that includes low light readings.

Consider returning it and getting an i1d3 colorimeter from Xrite (several flavors, some more limited than others, fast vanilla one with support for HW cal is i1displaypro retail)
