I have a Colormunki Photo on Win7.  I installed the X-Rite Colormunki software a couple of times because I had problems with the i1Diagnostics program so I tried different drivers.  Anyway, the Colormunki software works (still not the diagnostics)  but in the process I seem to have “lost” the default Windows driver for the colormunki and I never noted the name.  It is currently using colormunki_x64.sys which does not seem compatible with Argyll_V2.1.2 since I cannot connect to the colormunki with DisplayCal.  Windows Device Manager and Windows Update does not find a driver at all for the colormunki.  Windows 7 also does not want to install the Argyll libusb0.sys driver via Device Manager.   What is the Win7 generic driver for colormunki and how do I install it?   Or how do I get DisplaCal to find the Colormunki Photo?  Thanks in advance.

I made some progress.  I used the USB Installer  to load libusb0.sys and Argyll  & DisplayCAL work fine now.  I still don’t know what driver windows was using for the colormunki before I installed colormunki_x64.sys, which only works with X-Rite software (ColormunkiPhoto and i1Studio).   I guess I read the install directions wrong and the ColorMunki Photo & Design need a Argyll USB driver and I have to unload and load drives to use different software.  X-Rite has too many similar names for very different products.

If anyone could tell me the name of default Windows 7 driver that Colormunki Photo finds I would appreciate it.
