    So I have a BenQ pd2700q

    colormunki display

    questions

this display is quite close to 6500k native so is it best to use as measured as white point OR select user mode on the screen and match it to 6500k using rgb adjustments on the screen itself ?

Should I be using a correction  for this display / mesurement combo or just set it to auto/none

If it makes any difference I am calibrating for a photography workflow using mainly capture one pro, lightroom and photoshop

and using the Nvidia GTX970 connected via DisplayPort Should I be running this at 10bit via Nvidia control panel hard to find conclusive answers on these points

I decided against spending extra on the 99% adobe BenQ screen as I do not do a lot of highly saturated images, I mainly want good consistent skin tones

and my clients do not have wide gamut displays to view the images on either

Thanks for any assistance you can provide to this fantastic software

    Hi,

Should I be using a correction for this display / mesurement combo

Yes. This display has a white LED backlight.

Nvidia GTX970 connected via DisplayPort Should I be running this at 10bit via Nvidia control panel

If you are lucky, you will get a higher quality calibration this way. Photoshop on the other hand only supports 10 bit via OpenGL, and this requires a Quadro graphics card.
