ColorMunk iDisplay with Davinci Resolve Error

Hello.
I’m trying to calibrate my monitor, but I’m having problems:
I do all the correct processing as shown in this video:

But when I click on Calibrate & profile button, my monitor flashes a gray square, but then this error message appears:
Error – new_disprd () failed with ‘Instrument Acess Failed’

I use a ColorMunki Display and my software version is: 1.1.3
My DisplayCal version is: 3.2.0.0
My Monitor: Dell 2410
My Davinci Graphic Card: BlackMagic Mini Monitor
My Operating System: Windows10 (Original)

do you have any other software running that might try to access the ColorMunki (X-Rite devices service comes to mind)?
