Color profile doesn't work on windows 19h1

I would be careful with generalizations. What may or may not work on your specific system and setup is almost guaranteed to not be the same for everyone else.

That said, you’d need to give more details as to what exactly doesn’t work.

profile loader doesn’t apply my previously calibrated icc profile done with displaycal.

My configuration is :

8700k

Z390 aorus pro wifi

sapphire vega 56 pulse on latest drivers 19.3.1

-Did you try to use “Tools > video card gamma table > load calibration from file ” (or from current profile) for loading calibration?
-Did you try to check if color managed apps recognize default profile for display?

If all that works:
-GPU calibration loading works OK
-color profile publishing to apps works OK
but there can be some issue with tray app (profile loader as you named it). Check if Windows update deleted shortcut/task for Displaycal tray app, try to reinstall profile from DisplayCAL and reboot.

If 1st one failed (load GPU calibration from profile) try to attach log file from DisplayCAL log window, otherwise it will be very difficult to find out what is happening.
