…aborted.
DisplayCAL: Uninhibited org.gnome.SessionManager”I’m using a spyderX elite running on centos 7 with a quadro K6000.
Looks like a python module doesn’t exist on this Linux distrib.
Someone knows this issue?
Thanks

first, I would very strongly recommend against running any program as root that does not require it. DisplayCAL does not.
Second, you are likely missing udev rules for your instrument. Make sure you have the latest version of ArgyllCMS (v2.1.1 as of today), then select menu “Tools” -> “Instrument” -> “Uninstall instrument configuration” in DisplayCAL to remove any old files, then “Install instrument configuration”. After this is done, it may be necessary to unplug and replug your instrument.

Thanks for your fast answer.
Yes looks llike I miss the udev rules. Do you know where I can find/setup them?
Otherwise, I followed your recommendation and everything is up to date. The log still return>> “‘Instrument Access Failed'”. Not sure how to managed this step
Thanks again

Menu “Tools”, like I said.
2019-12-20 at 20:00 #21855Yes, I forgot to montion I did use the ‘Tools’ function. I retry few time and same error occurs.
2019-12-21 at 13:59 #21862You probably need to ask on a CentOS specific forum how their udev configuration works.
