Can't download v3.8

I have no idea. Tried with 3 different browsers. All results in “Can’t connect to the site”

I am located in Korea and tried from my office and home.

Okay, I just figured out that I can’t connect to sourceforge.net at all. Is there another official mirror?

Yes, it does. However, I did download from sourceforge using VPN. I think that there is country-wide ban of sourceforge. Thanks.
