Can't calibrate – Resolve + BMD Mini Monitor

I’m new to DisplayCal. I can’t get the color patch to show on my Flanders DM170. I correctly connect in Resolve and connection is confirmed but the patch for calibration shows on my MacBook Pro not on the Flanders. I’ve selected “Resolve” as the display and settings are for: Video 3D LUT for Resolve (D65, Rec. 709 / Rec. 1886). Not sure what I’m missing or if this is a bug. Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

Hi,

please first check that the initial gray patch is displayed in Resolve’s GUI viewer. If this is working, and your external screen is not showing the patch, make sure that in Resolve under preferences -> Video and Audio I/O “Release video I/O hardware when not in focus” is unchecked.
