I have DisplayCAL and ArygllCMS installed and it finds my Spyder5 device. I am able to run the software with no problems; however, I have not been able to import the Spyder5 corrections. When the software starts up I get the “import colorimeter corrections from other display profiling software…” popup. I have the Spyder4/5 and “Install for current use only” options selected.

When I click the Auto button, I get “Download failed: Connection error (https://displaycal.net/spyd4)” error message. If I manually browse there, I get a binary spyd4 file that cannot be imported.

I am on a MacbokPro with a Thunderbolt Display running High Sierra 10.13.4. I also have the Spyder5PRO software installed.

Any ideas how to fix this?

    Hi,

either move the spyd4 file to your “Downloads” folder and start the automatic import again, or rename the spyd4 file to spyd4.dll and manually browse for it.

The spyd4 file is greyed out even if I rename it to spyd4.dll.

Never mind… It seems to import if I add the .dr extension (spyd4.edr). Now I get the additional entries in the Mode menu.

    Thanks…
