Hi, I’m using a Dell laptop around six years old, and I cannot find the display control panel to adjust the colors. I tried using the Windows calibration color sliders, but they didn’t change the color bars on DisplayCAL at all-they only changed the entire monitor color as I moved the sliders. The only thing I can change is the brightness.
Is there a setting to have DisplayCal do this automatically with my having to line up the color bars manually?
(I am a newbie to the world of color calibration)

If your display lacks RGB controls you skip the interactive adjustment and continue making the profile. Windows color calibration is not recommended anyway cause it reduces precision. Keep in mind that in order to have consistent colors you have to use the same brightness setting as when the profile was created.
