When Running the calibration, it askes me to make the white balance a distinct green color. this is before it calibrates, after calibration the screen has a green tint. I have no idea what settings to change so that it properly calibrates. Attached is my verification report.
Settings:

White level As measured
Black level As measured

- Check if your videocard supports calibration curves loading (has 1D LUT unit) for current output. If not, change output first (HDMI1 to HDMI2 etc.). Use GammaTest utility (attached), videocard is OK if utility switches display to magenta.
- Choose suitable colorimeter correction, your correction is none, that is wrong. Choose one of standard types, here I can’t help, I make my own corrections for different colorimeter.
- BUT: your Spyder 3 is very old, Spyders before X series have fading color filters, you have to change it to get really good result. Better to use I1Display devices.
