Hi all,
I just downloaded and install the software on my windows 7 Pro pc.
Everything seems to have installed properly, but whrn i push the button “calibrate’, it seems this one is not active and doesn’t respond at all.
Did I miss a step.? I did try to scroll dow and choose diverse profiles but it doesn’ change anything… Button inactive..
Any help guys?
Thanks!
Paul
Hi,
have you followed the quickstart guide, especially the note on instrument driver installation?
Hi Florian,
I can’t remember if I did…
I going to uninstall and try again.
Thanks for your help
I’ll get back to you if any trouble.
Thank you!
Paul
No need to reinstall. Just check that you have followed all the required steps.
Hi again,
I just completely uninst and reinstall the program, and I still can’t get it to work..
At the install, I was ask to install a complementary module and I did.
I did select both black and white compensation boxes. the “probe” box can’t be checked nore the mode one
I’m using a little display manager from Dell (Model U2515H -2K-), do you think it could create a conflict with your software?
Too bad, because your soft seems really cool!
(On the pic you can see that the main button to start apllying is grey and it remains that way event after clicking on different options)
Thank you again

What’s your measurement instrument?
You need one of the supported instruments. See documentation under “System requirements and other prerequisites”.
…And I can’t access it from the app’s control panel; it doesn’t let me access to the menu: selection arrow blocked doesn’t respond…
Ok, that’s on the web page right?
Yes (or the ReadMe, which is basically the same).
Thank you!
Working on a download link for the win 7 version right now..
