    Hi,

I own a Benq SW271 monitor and and calibrating using the in monitor calibration with Benq’s Palette Master software. I am calibrating to sRGB 120nit. After the calibration I am running a test via DisplayCal or Spyder software and I am getting different whitepoint. What is up with that?

The Palette Master verification results are attached and they clearly state WP of D65 (6538K) where as Spyder software reads white at 7300K and DisplayCal at around 6900K. What gives? Can they all be correct? Am I not really understanding what white point actually means?

    Cheers for all the help.

To get identical results, you need to use the exact same measurement mode (display type), e.g. “White LED”.
