See the picture attached, why the monitor (LG gl850) does not cover the whole sRGB range? Colorimeter is Spyder5.

In this review https://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/lg_27gl850.htm#calibration the monitor covers the whole sRGB.

Is there something wrong with the monitor?

Measurement device innacuracies may play a role here (or unsuitable colorimeter correction) but if you wish to compare colorspace coverages visually do not use CIE xy like in your plot.
Distances in CIE xy are not related to human vision color distances.

You can use CIE a*b* 2D plots or other coordinate system which is a better match to human vision diatance.
