Hello,
I ran DisplayCal 3.1.3.1 to calibrate my Sony A250 while being used as a GUI display. After properly setting my target white point and running the software I now encounter a bug where video playback only displays Green/Magenta. The problem persists even when applying any of the built in color profiles to OSX and can no longer display correct color on video and still playback via Davinci Resolve, Chrome web browser, etc. Other software like Quicktime and VLC seem to playback without this issue.

this is in fact a bug of the respective software (Resolve, Chrome…), not DisplayCAL. Please see http://displaycal.net/#issue-redgreenswapped

Creating a XYZ LUT + Matrix instead of a XYZ LUT + Swapped Matrix solved the issue.
For Resolve, creating a 3D LUT specifically for the GUI should be an even better solution. You can use the existing profile for this, see the guide in the Wiki.
