I hope this project(or worse the programer) is not dead…
Version DisplayCAL 3.8.9.3
(OS Win10 & Linux Majaro)
On first start it detects that no argyllcms is installed -> correct
It offers to install argyllcms -> correct
It downloads Argyll_V2.3.1 -> BUG
As of writing this argyllcm V 3.3 exists.
If you select custom location and try to install drivers -> ERROR file doesn’t exist (that’s true installer was renamed)
So if user is using Datacolor Spider X2 (supported in version 3.3) their device won’t be detected,
it needs to be installed manually , manually install drivers, replace driver in device manager(Win) and select Argy locaton in DisplayCAL
