Windows Failed to Associate the Profile

Hello. I just finished calibrating my monitor in DisplayCAL 3.8.9.3 and saved the .icm file. However, I get an error message when trying to add it in Windows Color Management. Haven’t had issues with the previous profiles created and those still load fine in color management. Any help would be appreciated.
