I am new to monitor calibration.
At the start of the calibration, the white point was set to close 6500k, but verification show the measured white point is 6800k. How can I fix this ?

Which settings did you use?
Did you give time for it to warm up? The profile is brighter than measured by 1 percent. It could be some tv setting like auto brightness or its power management. It could be software too.
20K:1 CR? did you have enabled HDR mode in widows or something like that?
or did you enable FALD that was not enabled while calibrating?
O maybe you installed calibrite profiler that when installed enabled Windows LUT loaded?
It looks that some configuration external to DisplayCAL changed between those measurements. You have to try to find is there is windows layer messing around (likely HDR mode mapping desktop to SDR range encoded in HDR signal), or LUT loading or something like that.
It might also be regular OLED drift.
Did you use the default observer (CIE 1931 2″)?
