Hi
I make a premise: this is not my first time doing a calibration with this software and with my Colormunki Display as i have done on the monitor of my main PC without any issues. But today i received my new laptop (Asus Zenbook 14 UM425QA) and i want to calibrate.
But EVERYTIME i try to calibrate the monitor using this software, after the calibration i got this error “struct.error ‘H’ format requires 0 <= number <= 65535” with the calibration failed, and i don’t absolutely know what that error means and what is causing.
Tried two times with same result, even with faster speed and sincerely i cannot understand why doesn’t work properly. During the calibration i don’t know why, sometimes the screen goes in a very yellow tint althrough the night light is completely disabled everywhere and naturally i have disabled all power saving and auto-dim functions.
Maybe is beacuase the blue bar during the first mesaurement is completely full but i cannot edit the RGB setting on a consumer laptop monitor
I attach all the logs i have found
Thanks

Did you try color temperature as native ? That is white point as measured. It really messed up the 3rd pass. Nothing pops up on the screen or something happened to the display? It could have a dim screen or screen saver. Do not set any software to set the blue gamma. How does the screen measure without correction? I think reports would show what the color temp and if it was fixable with video card gamma correction. HCFR has a color temp for all measurement points but displaycal only measure the 100 percent point.
