When setting white point using rgb values, should I lower the color that is too high, or raise the ones that are too low?

    does it matter?

It depends on your OSD behavior. With 0-100 range and default 100 value, you lower. With 0-100 range and 50 default value it can be tricky because values above 50 may cause a channel to clip. Also there are offset correction in OSD. So, it depends on OSD.

It’s the OSD on an LG OLED A2.

The RGB values are default at 0 and you go either + or –

I’ve always been used to RGB values starting at 100 and then reducing, so im not sure what to do here.
