When I use a profile red 32 is the same as 31 on http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/contrast.php  .   After installing Windows I noticed the red was not crushed like it was before.   I finally got to installed displaycal 3.8.9.3 again.   Then made 2d profile.   The red 32 is the same as 31 then.   I noticed measure red in hcfr it is crushed too just 254 red is extra close to 255 red.   The profile loader uses a different slightly higher range for 0 to 255.  This is what caused it.  Anyway to use the off Windows 10 lut?  Will it work?    Windows lut is 65535 and I forget Profile loaders.   It is my tv range is set to 65535 and I can not change it.

I was wrong 65535 is 256&256 and is linear curve.  Windows does 255×256=65280.   4 years ago same.   Why is my screen calibrated to 655280?    Both could be correct since 0x256=0.    1rgb is 256=256*1.  2rgb is 512=256*2.   There is 256 levels of brightness 0 to 255 but  255 levels of color 1 to 255.  0 color would be black 0 brightness.  https://www.reddit.com/r/Windows10/comments/fnbg2l/windows_incorrectly_computes_a_linear_vcgt_curve/
