I recently bought a AOC Q27G3XMN and fell in love with the HDR mode.  I went ahead and bought a 2nd same monitor last night but set both monitors’ settings to default. I made sure the NVDIA Control Panel settings were also on default and that all colour profiles were deleted. I also made sure to use the exact same display 1.4 cable.

When I look at the two screens, their colours are different. The white on the older screen seems a bit brighter, but frankly I can’t tell which of the two I prefer. I just want them to match.

One thing I noticed is the initial monitor’s Current colour accuracy mode was set to Enhanced. I dug around a bit on how to modify it and I saw the only way to change it is to reinstall your drivers. I used DDU Uninstaller and that did fix the problem. However, the moment I turn on HDR, it flips the first monitor’s current colour accuracy mode to Enhanced again. How do I fix this without having to use DDU Uninstaller every time I want to go from HDR to SDR?

Both monitors are Q27G3XMN. First monitor was manufactured in 25/01 and the newer monitor in 24/10. I checked and there were no changes during those times in their production.

You can modify the displays RGB levels and brightness levels to achieve a visual match using a pure white test image.

I can’t help with the HDR, and Nvidia settings. But since you use Nvidia you may try https://github.com/ledoge/novideo_srgb as an alternative.
