    Hi, I have just downloaded DisplayCAL after the ambient monitioring feature of My Colormunki Display stopped working. When I try to start the calibration with DisplayCAL, I get a dialogue box saying: Error – new-disprd faild with ‘Instrument Access Failed’. Can anyone help please?

    Check if the ColorMunki Display is accessible with the X-Rite software. Make sure the latter isn’t running when using DisplayCAL.

    I get this with my i1d3 if I do not connect directly (without hub) to an onboard Intel USB port, so you can check that as well
