I managed to get ONE full run.
Now back to the same problem; instrument access failed.
I have deinstalled I1 profiler, and reinstalled Argyll, then could do a full calibration and profiling run. Then greyscale check and screen uniformity check.
So what is wrong or can I check? USB problems? Driver?
Regards, Eric
2015-05-29 at 20:20 #1262Hi,
hid_open_port: Failed to open path
19:10:44,880 ‘?hid#vid_0765&pid_5020#6&2ff82a7&0&0000#{4d1e55b2-f16f-11cf-88cb-00111100003This looks like an USB problem. The i1D3 uses the windows HID driver, so I wouldn’t expect a driver problem, but you could try switching to the Argyll CMS driver and see if that works (better).
2015-05-30 at 0:25 #1264Late new update;
Problem is solved, cause was an auto setting for correction. Instead of a generic spectral (white LED IPS) auto selected some matrix for screen and sensor done with i! pro.
Using the generic correction all ran smoothly.
Results also pleasing!
Posted results with the Upload ICC Profile Taxi service via the tools menu.Thanks for making Greame’s work easy to use Florian.
Regards, Eric
2015-10-01 at 15:31 #1263I was having this same problem earlier today, and using the Argyll driver fixed it. Thanks.
