    Hello,

I keep getting this message (Error- No instrument at Port 1) when I click the measure button to measure ambient light with my Spyder 5 Pro. I’m on a PC with Windows 10 Pro and DisplayCal  3.1.7.2   I have the “ambient light level adjustment” box checked and I have been able to measure ambient when doing prior calibrations. But it seems like every other time I calibrate, I get this message.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Never mind I found a solution in the documentation discussing selecting the Argyll driver in Windows device manager.
