    “iCCP: extra compressed data”

I just finished calibrating my monitor with i1Profiler using an iPro 2.  I launched  DisplayCAL 3.5 and  this warning pop up “”iCCP: extra compressed data”.  I’m running DisplayCAL 3.5 (just installed it this morning) , Argyll 2.0.

FYI – After I installed DisplayCAL 3.5, earlier this morning, I launched it just to make sure it would run and I saw no warning.

    Hi,

what system are you using? Linux? ‘iCCP‘ is part of the PNG specification.

Sorry, I cannot reproduce this. Are you using a libpng from homebrew or any other nonstandard source?

Not that I’m aware of.  I’m going to reinstall the software and see if that clears it up.
