I’ve had DisplayCal for a few years now, but as of tonight it just started crashing upon opening. I’m not sure if it’s because the other day I messed with my firewall settings (I changed it back to what it was before after the first crash). Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times now. Restarted my laptop twice. Not sure what to do. I just want to update my monitor calibration before I edit photos 😭

Having trouble searching for a solution so would love any help / insight! I don’t believe I have calibrated my monitor since I have updated my OS to Sonoma, so I am unsure if that could be the issue? Crash report attached below

If you search on thsi forum you’ll see that other people have this issue, current DisplayCAL (python2) is not working with Sonoma. It is a generalized issue.

You can try Erkan’s port to python 3, but its measurement report seems non functional. but at least you can calibrate & profile.
