Hi everybody, I’m having an issue with the latest version of DCG
I wanted to set specific chromaticity coordinates, under the Calibration tab, but then I try to do so the application hangs forever, forcing me to kill it manually
I’ve tried to erase the app along with all its correlated files (with one of those utility apps, not sure if it got them all) and reinstall it with a fresh versione of Argyll CMS but didn’t fix the problem.

    Anybody has some ideas?

    Apprecciated,
    Andrea

    Hi,

I need a little more information. What operating system are you using? At which point specifically does it hang? Also, please attach a logfile (see ReadMe for logfile location). Thanks.

You are right, I have been too superficial
I’m running it on a Mac OS X 10.10.5 (Yosemite)
I followed the Zero Install procedure.

    When it hangs specifically:
If I input a value for one of the coordinates, and then click on the other field to input the other, it hangs.
Also if I click on the arrows to change them one unit at a time it hangs.

I found logfiles in the dispcalGUI folder in the Library and in the 0launch folder. I couldn’t find the 0install folder in the suggested location.

I attached the logfiles. I had to rename one since it had matching filename. the 0launch seems to be the most interesting one.

Thank you very much for the assistance

I attached the logfiles. […] the 0launch seems to be the most interesting one.

Indeed, thanks. Reproduced under OS X and fixed in 3.0.4.3.
