Hi, I am trying to understand what corrections to use if any. I am thinking of the imported vendor stuff. I have 2 w-led monitors and want to calibrate and profile them.
My question is, are the Spectral:LCD white led family only for the mentioned ac,lg and samsung monitors?
I have a HP 27 er and a Samsung 27ag32x and the displayspecifications.com says w-led.
Also when calibrating them without correction i get 2 very similiar but still one of them is a little bit colder in tone. Can this be due to one being VA and the other IPS panel?

No. It’s a set of 3 display samples for general white led backlight: blue led + yellow phosphor which gives you sRGB coverage, a hugeh blue peak a mild green and red broad peaks

It’s a useless reference. If it as a near P3 or AdobeRGB+P3 native gamut is WLED PFS phosphor, with several flavors depending on erad and green primaries location.
Measure without correction at a native gamut OSD preset and check where thay are.> 115% sRGB coverage. likely to be WLED PFS or QLED
For multimedia 9x% P3 display either use PANASONIC VXX […].ccss (from i1Profiler EDR) or PFS_Family[…].ccss, it is likely the one to be used without knowing further details.
Also some manufacturers are using a “limited gamut” WLED PFS for their sRGB only displays.
Check community database too:

Unlikely. Just different LED spectral power distribution, even slightly.
