Hello,
I encountered a problem with version 3.9.17 How can I fix it?
I gave the program all administrator permissions, added exceptions, but it doesn’t help.
I didn’t have this problem with the previous version, 3.8.9.3
I didn’t find a solution to this problem on the forum.
I use Windows 10 with the latest updates.

Is this version 3.8.9.3 working fine for everyone?
Is it just Win 10 users experiencing this issue?

Most people stay in old version for Windows (python2) unless you need the new one for some specific purpose.
macOS and Linus people should use the newer one (py3)
