Hi, I just wanted to make sure my approach is correct. I have a late 13 2016 Macbook Pro with touch bar, and I am using the x-rite i1display pro.

    Settings: Laptop (Gamma 2.2)
    Correction: Auto

    I checked interactive display adjustment
    Whitepoint: I set to 120
    White level: 6500
    tone curve :2.2
    Calibration speed: slowest

    I hit calibrate and profile.
During the interactive display adjustment. I then manually adjust the brightness to 120.
Since it is a laptop, I am not able to adjust the RGB.

Then I closed out the calibration, and unchecked interactive display adjustment, and left whitepoint at as measured.

    I then ran the calibration.

After the calibration was complete, I tried the interactive display adjustment, the whitepoint was reading at 120, but the levels for RGB were still off, too much blue. Shouldn’t the calibration have fixed this?

    Thanks
    Steve

The calibration is obviously not active during the adjustment phase.
