It’s impossible to change WB without re-calibration?

Maybe use old measurement data to re-profile again [change WB] to save the  time. or Save raw data from measurement to re-profile or something.

  1. It’s impossible to change WB without re-calibration?

It depends on the software you’re using. If it supports absolute colorimetric intent for display profiles (which most ICC color management capable applications does not, even if the choice is offered), you can simulate the source profile whitepoint (if it is not as bright as the destination, in which case it would clip). But it is usually undesirable to have the white of UI elements be different from the simulated white, because your eyes may enter an incomplete chromatic adaptation state. It is therefore usually better to have UI elements and simulated white match, and this can be achieved by re-calibrating to the desired target white, or using a 3D LUT (hardware) solution that affects all displayed content, irrespective if it’s UI or not.
