If this device was discontinued and eizo colour navigator still supports it does display cal supports is ? And would you get never xrite model

Mine (i1DisplayPro) has almost 13 years. It does not age if you treat it properly… so, no, unless it’s damaged you won’t buy newer model.
DiplayCAL will support all i1d3 varieties as long as ArgyllCMS can unlock them.

And if Xrite pushes some kind of weird SDK to 3rd party to force upgrade to calibrite devices (unlikely since SDK is paid)… there are ways to make an i1DisplayPro work like a Calibrite ColorChecker Display pro on Windows (a hook)

Just to understand even though i1 display pro plus is discontinued and replaced withDisplay Pro HL which is 450 dollars in Canada and I can get pro plus for 200 it don’t matter it’s discontinued it still works with with eizo colour navigator which it says it does and display cal I am just hobbyist I don’t see need to spend 450$
