The home page talks about a “Measure” button for taking ambient lighting measurements of the whitepoint. But I can’t find it. I tried selecting “Show advanced options”, just in case that was needed, but I still can’t find it.
Although I’m not sure whether it is a good idea for me to do this anyway. My office is normally lit by daylight (and I guess the colour temperature will vary through the day and with the weather), but by tungsten lighting in the evening, so i suspect I should just use my device’s native white point. Does not sound like correct thinking?

The eye-dropper icon next to “Whitepoint” on the “Calibration” tab. “Whitepoint” needs to be set to “Color temperature” or “Chromaticity”.

Probably not unless you have tightly controlled lighting (e.g. a viewing booth).
