I am not looking for 4k resolution since accuracy is more important and my
Monitors I found on eBay and local
EIZO COLOREDGE CX271 no 3d LUT but I am planing to use resolve for my 3d lut
NEC Multisync PA272W Has 14-bit 3D internal programmable lookup tables (LUTs)
ColorEdge CG277 I can get this one for 100 dollars
Thanks guys
Keep in mind that the panel of a second-hand monitor might be too worn out to accurately reproduce colors.
Those are all hardware-calibrated monitors, so you will need a Pro /Plus version of that probe, which works with ColorNavigator and SpectraView II:

As somebody answered you in LGG PA272W “may” accept 24p but it is unlikely to play it smooth. Also SV2 is not free, you pay (or ar least it was paid)
Also if you plan to use it for image editing rather than video 1080, CG277 HDMI is limited to FullHD 60Hz or QHD 30Hz so if you use a laptop without mDP compatible output it may be a no go. IDNK CX271, look for it specs.
So it depends on what you are doing.
