Here are the results now with Argyll2.3.1 and i also made a new profile with 2.3.1 just to make sure and the XYZ normal and srgb verification (sRGB has dE 2.5 blue). The Blue should be higher dE as ive seen from reviews for the display and sRGB blue being out of gamut. Im not sure what might be happening in my case with argyll 3.
By default XYZ creates 3xTRC, but your XYZ4 looks like has not 3 but 1TRC which is odd that’s why I said before and say now that doe snot look like an XYZLUT profile.

I wonder why it might look like that? Its odd indeed as I mostly just use the defaults only changing the patch amount and profile because idk enough about other options to get crazy with it.

I checked all the XYZ profiles and they show a curve for R, G, and B but theyre so close to each other i have to zoom in to see the separation. Im not sure if thats good or a bad thing or means there is a problem somewhere.

Regarding the (unexpected) ideal behavior of XYZLUT TRC you may want to post it in ARgyllCMS maillist.
