Spyder5Pro s/w will not install

Hi, Florian: Datacolor US offices closed down for holidays so hoping you can address and resolve. Urgently trying to calibrate monitors for upcoming online, and trying to use Spyder5Pro on Mac El Capitan, 10.11.5. Installation zip downloads fine, and when installer program clicked you see an “activation” message. But nothing appears in the Applications folder, neither as a Datacolor folder, nor as Spyder5, even though the time stamp shows something has happened. Datacolor website says s/w works with El Cap. Can you resolve? Many thanks!

so you’re asking how to install the DataColor software? I’m afraid I’ve never used it on a mac. I can only help with DisplayCAL installation and setup.
