Spyder 4 Express not working Windows 10 20H2

Hello,

I got a Spyder 4 Express but I get the message “Instument Access Failed”, see attached file. I ‘m using  64 bit Windows 10 Pro 20H2, but  also get the same results on a 32 bit system , even on a fresh installed Windows.  The installed Displaycal always worked flawless with a Spyder 2 (but the filter in the spyder2 is in bad condition).

Manually installing the driver via ControlPanel gave the same result.
