Some problems and doubts

Hello everybody,
I am using DisplayCal with my SpyderX Elite on a Dell P2417H.
When I do the calibration if I bypass the measurement I get the: “ERROR – new_disprd failed with ‘VideoLUT access Failed”.  So I have to manually act on the buttons on the monitor to bring back the required parameters (RGB, brightness).
Normal?

Having the monitor near a window these values ​​change continuously (Day, night, cloudy, with the sun) do I have to do a calibration (even manual) for each situation?
